Coconut water has long been a popular drink in tropical countries where it is available fresh,  but coconut water is not just a low-calorie drink to give you a soothing and refreshed  feeling on a beach day or in the summer heat. In recent years, it has seen an emergence in the US .In addition to containing  Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Protein, Calcium and Iron, It actually has more benefits and uses than you may know.

1. You can use it to make an awesome DIY toner!

Coconut Water and Lime Toner

Mix one cup of coconut water and one tablespoon of lime juice and store in a glass bottle. Wipe your face with a cotton swab soaked in the toner and there ya go! An amazing all natural toner.

2. It helps to treat dry scalp and dandruff

Coconut water works as a deep moisturizer to treat dry scalp and dandruff. Like coconut oil,it is anti-fungal in nature which will aid in getting rid of dandruff!

3. You can use coconut water as a makeup remover

Just dip a cotton ball in coconut water and use it as a potent  makeup remover that also picks up dirt leaving your face super clean.

4. Helps Tame the frizz

For frizz control, massage your hair with coconut water, it will act as a conditioner to make your hair feel soft and shiny with way less frizz!

5.  You can use it to make a cocktail
