Hello June: 2017 Mid-year check in

Hello June! It’s hard to believe that we are almost  half way  through 2017 already. I don’t know about you guys but it has been a whirlwind year for me so far. I’ve learned a lot, I’ve opened my mind to new levels of consciousness , and I’ve continued to transform my body, but I’m still not exactly where I would like to be. Now that we’re six months in, I saw this as a perfect opportunity to reflect on the first half of my year and assess what’s working and what’s not. These questions were essential in helping me understand my current mid year status.


Mid-year check ya self checklist 


  • What have I accomplished?

  • What mistakes did I make and what did I learn from them?

  • Have I managed my time well ?

  • Am I maintaining healthy relationships with those around me?What relationships do I need to grow, and which  may need to end?

  • Am I on track to completing the goals I have set for myself at the beginning of the year?

  • Am I happy truly happy?

  • Am I making my mental and physical health a priority?

  • What can improve?

You don’t have to answer all of these questions at once. It may take you some time, but the most important aspect is to be completely honest with yourself. What other questions can we add to the list? I hope this post is able to encourage you to be the best you. I just want us all to live our best life!
